Shipping
Every Limarte piece is hand-inspected, foam-bedded, and double-boxed before it leaves the studio. We ship worldwide, insured and tracked, at flat rates calculated by region.
Dispatch times Ready-made pieces: 3–5 business days from order to dispatch. Commissions: quoted individually, typically 4–8 weeks.
Transit times (after dispatch)
- Europe: 2–4 business days
- UK: 2–4 business days
- North America: 3–6 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 4–8 business days
- Rest of world: 5–12 business days
Shipping rates Flat regional rates are shown at checkout. We don’t profit on shipping — the fee covers the courier, insurance, and the materials that keep your piece safe.
Duties & customs Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country. We declare all orders accurately at their true value. We won’t mark parcels as gifts or undervalue them — it puts your insurance at risk.
Insurance Every shipment is fully insured for its value. If the parcel is lost, damaged in transit, or undelivered, we file the claim.
Returns
Ready-made pieces You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. The piece must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first — don’t ship it back unannounced. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and we recommend insuring the return parcel for the full value.
Once we receive and inspect the piece, we refund the original product cost (not the original shipping) within 7 business days.
Commissions Because every commission is made specifically for you, they’re non-refundable once sculpting begins. Before sculpting, you can cancel with a full refund minus a small design-work fee.
Damage in transit Photograph the outer box before opening, photograph the damage clearly, and email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@limarte.com. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund — whichever suits the situation.
What returns don’t cover Normal wear from display or handling. Modifications made by the buyer. Damage from dropping, liquids, or direct sunlight.
